85th Day - My 365 Days

85th Day:

New term, misunderstood and I was responsible to answer everything...

It was the day of the audit, at the last minute we were in cramming because we forgot to look our goals & plans. My officemate wanted me to change it within 1-hour but I could not changed it because I can't think that much. So, I decided not to change it. We were so confident for the previous days but at that moment my nerves were shaking.

The auditor came and established rapport first. We were asked what are our specialties. My officemate really focuses on the compensation and benefits and I told the auditor, I am more on HR Generalist. The auditor misinterpreted the word Generalist, she thought it was like superior than the other. We explained to her but the auditor find me as over-seeing things in the department.

So she focused on me, asking questions and asking for the documents. Well, it was an advantage on our department because literally, I knew the flow of the recruitment process and how to give them the basis of the salary based on the ranking form. It was advantage on my part because I memorized the status of our employee and I knew the profile of each employee and how may I hired in a month and semester. Basically, I was responsible for answering all questions being asked by the auditor.

At the end of the audit, our company was given a Zero Non-Conformity. Well, that's a good news! Tomorrow will be a day for relaxation.
