79th Day:

Seeing the sadness in my brother's eyes...

Yesterday, I received a text message from my brother that they will be going to Alabang for medical check-up of my nephew. So, I decided to have a half-day so that we can chat for awhile. Its been a month since I saw my brother. The last time I saw him was when my mother and I slept in their house.

There were many times my brother texted me saying that I should visit in their house but then it a hassle on my part traveling late at night.

So we met and ate at one of the fast food chain in the mall. While looking at my brother, I can really the sadness and pain within him. He laughs saying joke but the sadness in his eyes can be felt upon by just looking at him.

There are instances in life that we unwelcomed the reality. It is so painful but yet we have no answers to what we are asking for. We only answer ourselves with "that is life".

The sadness might take too long that only ourselves and time can heal..
